29TH ANNUAL PARMA AREA CHAMBER RIB N ROCK COOK OFF
 
The Parma Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Cuyahoga Community College West campus proudly presents our 29th Anniversary of our Annual Rib ‘N Rock Cook Off on Thursday, June 6 through Sunday, June 9, 2019.  Our LOCATION is at CUYAHOGA COMMUNITY COLLEGE WESTERN CAMPUS, 11000 W. Pleasant Valley Rd. Parma (site off York Rd- free parking on campus).

Our returning Rib Vendors so far are Armadillo's, Jack on the Bone, MOJO'S, Smokin T's, Texas Pit, and Pigtails BBQ who will compete for Best Ribs and Best Sauce.  Our other returning Food Vendors include Euclid Beach Custard, Jimbo's Original Philly Cheese Steak, Quaker Concessions, The Original Greek Gyros, Sue’s Pierogies, and Buckeye Concessions.  Holy Family School (Washington DC Fundraiser) will be doing the Roasted Corn Booth this year.  All proceeds will stay in the community and help fund their projects, sponsorships, events and scholarships. 

We will also have many Exhibitors and an Amusement area provided by Great Lakes Exposition.  No admission charge to get into the ride side. Cost for rides are $.0.50 per ticket with rides from 4-8 tickets per ride.  All day wrist bands are $20.00. The tickets/bands can be purchased at Great Lake Exposition Amusement area. 

This Annual Rib ‘N Rock can only be brought to you with the assistance of Countless Volunteers and our many sponsors.
