In addition, if there is more then one owner, it is important to implement a Buy Sell Agreement while owners are agreeable on matters. The presentation will also include an overview of the reasons for implementation of a Buy Sell Agreement, as well as review of Trigger Events, Valuation of Ownership Interests and Payment of the Purchase Price.
