BWC's mission is to protect Ohio's workers and employers through prevention, care and management of work place injuries and illnesses at fair rates. Having a healthy workforce gives employers the ability to focus on their businesses and manage their workers' compensation and health care costs. A Health and Wellness Program that benefits Ohio's workforce can
