Children Preschool to Grade 5. Celebrate Dr. Seuss’ Birthday and Read Across America Day by playing the Parma-Powers Winter Reading Game. Read books to earn Dr. Seuss medals! Pick up your mini game board and record your reading from February 7th through March 31st. Read the books and authors of your choice. Game boards, stickers and medals available only at Parma-Powers Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library.
