Ukrainian Village Parade
The Ukrainian Village Committee invites you to participate in the seventh annual Ukrainian Village Parade on August 27, 2016! As in the past, the parade route is on State Road from the State Road School to Ukrainian Heritage Park. Groups will gather at 10:00 am, with the parade beginning at 11 am.
This year's parade is significant as Ukraine, and Ukrainian communities across the globe, celebrate the milestone twenty-fifth anniversary of Ukraine's independence! In honor of this anniversary, we will be awarding a distinction to the most creative and colorful participant in the parade. We encourage all participants to create floats, decorate cars, and wear costumes and uniforms that are relevant to their specific organization or group.
