Customer Service Representative / Account Manager
Four Star Insurance was founded in 1954 and is a leading agency in the Cleveland, OH area.  We are searching for a personal lines customer service representative/account manager.   This is a full-time, 40-hour a week, non-remote position.

Job Responsibilities
- Fielding Phone Calls
- Creating a relationship with customers
- Processing Payments
- Working directly with customers to make policy changes
- Creating activities to document the conversations between the agency and the client
- Shopping insurance renewals for customers to ensure they have the best rates and coverages
- Quote new business and cross-selling additional lines of business
Education and Experience
1 to 2 years experience preferred, but not required
- Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred but not required.  The agency can help the right candidate obtain their insurance license.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- The right candidate will have the ability to multitask, work well with fellow employees, be self-motivated and have excellent phone skills.
- Foreign Language not required but beneficial (Ukrainian or Russian)
