Parma branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library offers a program about foster care, Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 7pm. May is National Foster Care month and there is an urgent need for qualified foster care parents. Join representatives from Applewood Centers as they present information on the requirements and pre-training needed to become a foster parent.
