The Honorable Mayor Michael P. Byrne of Parma Heights will do a presentation of the "State of the City" at the Parma Area Morning Kiwanis meeting on 4/28. You do not need to be a member to attend. All Parma AM Kiwanis meetings are always open to the public and we welcome visitors.
