Parma City Schools Focus Group for Strategic Planning
The Parma City School District has begun its Strategic Planning process. Our mission is to provide you with ample opportunity to provide input to help guide the future of your public school system. You are cordially invited to attend the following Focus Group:

The Santa Rita Collaborative (SRC), an outside firm, will be facilitating the Focus Groups to ensure anonymity of participants for candid conversations about how you think we're doing, and where we should be headed.
Input from these Focus Groups will help guide the District Management Team in the identification of community beliefs and values, the formulation of a mission statement, establishment of a vision statement, identification of external and internal forces, identification of needs, formulation of goals, and action plans to meet those goals.
Once complete, the SRC will facilitate a "State of the Schools" community meeting to introduce a draft of the strategic plan to you and seek additional feedback. More information about this process is available here on the District web site.
