Event Description:
Parma Ridge branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library presents Peace Quilt on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 from 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM. During this special Storytime you will hear a story celebrating the life and work of Dr. King. You and your child will work together to create a quilt piece that reflects what you can do to make the world a better place. The pieces will be put together so we can hang our quilt in the Parma- Ridge branch for all to see. Space is limited to 20 students plus a caregiver/parent. Open to children in Grades K-5 and their parents. Register and reserve your spot by calling 440-888-4300, stopping in at 5850 Ridge Road, or visiting www.cuyahogalibrary.org. This special program will replace our regular Wednesday evening family storytime.
