financial statement account balances end up
with inaccurate data which need to be
reconciled. When the client gives
QuickBooks data to his/her accountant, it
is the accountant who must take on the task
of reconciling QuickBooks numbers.
However, some detailed numbers cannot be
reconciled by the accountant and this
seminar is designed to point out the most
common areas QuickBooks users need to
concentrate in order to accomplish the

Purpose: To present accurate financial statements so
that management can make informed
decisions about the business.
Task: Reconcile and verify F/S numbers are
accurate at the point of data entry.
