Parma Ridge branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library offers UniquelyME! a program designed to foster self-esteem in young girls Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. for kids in grades 5-8, and at 6:30-7:30 for kids in grades 4-5. Engage in activities that will help you understand yourselves and others, and build self-confidence. This session includes exercises about learning how to deal with peer pressure, conquer negative self-image, develop healthy habits, and discover different relaxation techniques.
