Celebrate Money Smart Week at the Parma branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library. On Monday, April 20,  2015 at 7pm, a representative from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland will present an overview of available Treasury Securities and how they can be purchased. They will discuss marketable and non-marketable Treasury Securities and Series I and EE Savings Bonds.
