Personal Training Studio
I am a small female only studio. I offer group, personal and on-line training. Group class consists of four ladies per class, this helps me to focus on your form, proper form is key for safety, you can’t get that at a large gym.
Group classes Monday thru Thursday evenings and Saturday morning. Group class consist of Leg Day, Upper Body Day, Core Day and Circuit day.
Personal training upon request.
On-line training, there is an app you are provided with. On this app I deliver you workouts and can track your progress, the app is free to you. You can also choose the hybrid option, you can take class, come in for a one on one if you have questions and do on-line training.
